Welcome to howorchidsrebloom.com, my new website featuring my new book How Orchids Rebloom and my work as a botanist in the San Diego area, “solving your gardening dilemmas.”
For many years, I’ve taught gardening classes, seminars, and workshops on a wide variety of topics. Long ago, people began to tell me “You really need to write a book about orchids, but write it the way YOU say it, not the way it’s written in books.” That’s been my goal with How Orchids Rebloom, to capture the feel of a conversation, as if I am there explaining orchids and orchids related ideas directly to you.
I plan to use this blog to:
- Expand on different aspects of my book How Orchids Rebloom
- Share gardening questions and dilemmas I experience with my clients;
- Share my photos of orchids, gardens, plants, and landscapes I encounter;
- Inform you of new products and plants out there in the gardening world;
- Arouse your botanical curiosity with fascinating plant facts.
