At this community garden, I will field everyone’s questions on vegetable gardening and walk around discussing what’s going on in some of the plots. I will talk about soil health, how to select the best vegetable starts, the tradeoffs between planting seeds vs starts, and dealing with bugs and diseases like powdery mildew. If you haven’t seen this community garden before, I think it’s one of the nicer ones in the county: very inviting, clean, and colorful.
